As an FCA-authorised firm, MG Capital is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). The FSCS is the UK's statutory deposit insurance and investor protection scheme. If MG Capital were to fail and was unable to meet claims against it, you may be entitled to compensation from the FSCS.

If you have a complaint about our services and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The FOS is an independent public body that can investigate and resolve disputes between financial businesses and their customers free of charge.
You must usually contact the FOS within 6 months of receiving our final response letter to your complaint.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 8 weeks. If we cannot resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, we will explain why and inform you of your right to refer it to the FOS.
If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (details above). You generally have 6 months from our final response letter to do this.

As a regulated financial services firm, MG Capital is required by law to comply with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. We are obligated to verify the identity of our customers and, in some cases, the source of funds. We may request documentation from you as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
We are also required to report to the National Crime Agency (NCA) any knowledge or suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that conflicts of interest do not adversely affect the interests of our customers.
